All sale items will be eligible for exchange or refund for store credit within 14 days of purchasing.
All non-sale items purchased during the month of December will be eligible for an extended return period until January 15th. All items returned during this period, past the regular 14 days, will be refunded as a store credit. Store credit available for use online and in store.
To make a return, please follow the instructions below.
1. Fill out the return form received with your shipment. Indicate item(s) returned along with the reason.
 Item was not as expected
 Item was too small
 Item was too big
 Received the wrong item
 Received a damaged item
 Changed my mind
2. Make sure the item(s) you return is in its original condition with tag and original packaging intact, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return and issue a refund.
3. Pack the item(s) you wish to return in their original packaging along with the filled out return form included in the box.
4. For domestic returns, attach the pre-paid shipping label included with your shipment and drop off package at your local shipping facility. For international returns, please contact customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) to receive a shipping label.
Once we have received and inspected your return to ensure all requirements have been met, you will receive a confirmation email and be issued a refund. If the item does not meet the requirements, the package will be sent back to you.
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges at this time. If the item does not suit your expectations, we invite you to return it free of charge for full refund, and place a new order.
All pre orders at Veronica De Piante will be charged a $500 flat fee. You may cancel your preorder at any time and receive your deposit back in the form of store credit only. Please contact us at email@example.com at for further information.
