Returns

You can return any unaltered item purchased on veronicadepiante.com or in store within 14 days of the delivery or purchase date in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition. All returns are free of charge.

To make a return, please follow the instructions below.

1. Fill out the return form received with your shipment. Indicate item(s) returned along with the reason.

[1] Item was not as expected

[2] Item was too small

[3] Item was too big

[4] Received the wrong item

[5] Received a damaged item

[6] Changed my mind

2. Make sure the item(s) you return is in its original condition with tag and original packaging intact, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return and issue a refund.

3. Pack the item(s) you wish to return in their original packaging along with the filled out return form included in the box.

4. For domestic returns, attach the pre-paid shipping label included with your shipment and drop off package at your local shipping facility. For international returns, please contact customer service (inquiries@veronicadepiante.com) to receive a shipping label.

5. For Toshi returns please contact customer service (inquiries@veronicadepiante.com) to schedule a pick up appointment.

Once we have received and inspected your return to ensure all requirements have been met, you will receive a confirmation email and be issued a refund. If the item does not meet the requirements, the package will be sent back to you.

Exchanges

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges at this time. If the item does not suit your expectations, we invite you to return it free of charge for full refund, and place a new order.
